Refund

I have been charged [redacted for security purposes]. I once had a wordpress subscription but both the sites I created are no longer active and the email addresses no longer exist. I therefore cannot access any of the support services as I cannot reset my password as the email address I used is no longer active and login is blocked by wordpress. I would like to request a refund as I no longer use wordpress and I did not anticipate further charges having ceased use for about 2 years. However, I cannot make a refund request or cancel future charges as I no longer have the verification details required.
Can somebody please help.
