  My subscription was automatically renewed on June 18th, although I did not want to renew it. I noticed the charge on July 10th and proceeded to cancel the subscription. I am now requesting a refund. When can I expect to receive it?

  I have the same problem. However, I can’t even see this purchase in my account or cancel the renewal. Can anyone help?
