  Hi there wordpress team,
  I would like to know my refund status!
  It has been more than two weeks since I initiated the refund and I do not see it in my bank statement. Would you (someone) please check on this.

  Refunds usually takes about 10 business days. However banks outside the USA usually need a lot more of time.

  International refunds may take longer to reach you. Your bank can tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  You will see a record of the refund immediately in your WordPress.com billing history.

  I can confirm the refund request was processed on July 6th, 2024. I’m going to send you an email with further details @zamanehsani.

  @jnknsssn I can see you’ve requested a refund as well, but that was done on July 31st, 2024. As a general rule, please note that it takes 5-10 business days for refunds to show up in your bank account and if the refund doesn’t show up, it’s always a good idea to check it with us and your bank account.
