    Thank you. I actually cancelled my subscription but didn’t get refund. How can I reach out to WordPress? I sent them a message but I didn’t get a reply I am not sure I had the right contact. Can you help me with this?

    It looks like you cancelled your plan and domain outside our refund window, so no refund was issued. Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase and domains within 96 hours of purchase. You requested the cancellation 19 days after purchase.

    Since no refund was issued, we can restore the WordPress.com Starter plan and domain and you can use it for the remainder of the plan period. Just let us know and we can restore that for you.

    I deleted my account July 4, I automatically believe this is enough to give me back my refund. This process is not transparent enough. I really feel cheated please refund my money. You are asking me to tell you if you should restore my WordPress account. I really don’t get you. Sincerely it is not your fault, if I had known that the process won’t be clear I won’t have started it. You have downgraded my plan and you won’t refund my money. I really don’t understand. I personally will not like to come to the forum but there is no way to reach you. I have tried everything I saw on your website. Thank you.

  • Hello @adesolacharlotte, I just want to follow-up on this and confirm that we processed a full refund of €57.60 on the 1st of August.

    While this refund is immediate on our part, it can usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. If you still haven’t received it by then, your card issuer or bank is the best person to contact.
