  Hi there!

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.

  Hi thanks for getting back to me. I just followed up with my bank and called them, they said they couldn’t find any history of my previous transactions with you guys at all? No statements nothing, even though I remember seeing a charge for the annual billing that I tried canceling? They told me to reach back out to you guys right now so I am really stuck.

  Since it was a pending transaction that didn’t go through, they may have removed it from your account since no funds were transferred. Each back operates differently, so that may be what happened here, especially since they don’t show the original transaction in your account.

  You can get the Stripe transaction ID from your receipts and pass them along to your bank to see if they can locate anything that way. You can find them here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
  
  But again, if the original charge is no longer showing in your bank statement, your bank likely reversed the charge which would have removed it from your account.
