    Hello,

    I requested a refund and was supposed to receive $456.6 back but I am only getting $444.6 back. Can you please look into this.

    Hi there!

    When you purchased the Premium plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain klean-4u.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

    I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that $12 USD back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
