I set up a domain transfer today and purchased an annual plan. However, due to a change in plans, I canceled the annual plan, but there’s still $13 left to be refunded. I also canceled(removed) the domain transfer service (and the domain transfer had not been completed yet), but I still haven’t received the remaining $13 refund. Could you advise me on how to file a complaint?

Additionally, I did not proceed with any domain registration service, and now I am unable to select a domain. If I want to set up a new domain, I will be charged a new $13 fee.
