    I purchased a plan but am unhappy with the interface so have requested a refund within the first 14hours.

    It is not allowing me to receive a full refund so I’ve paid £20.18 VAT for a site that was never published and I’m unable to resolve. The website states that you receive a full refund, I’m not VAT registered so expect this to also be return as part of me cancelling. Is there a direct email contact for support that can help to resolve this?
