    Hello Team,

    My name is Carrie

    I will need human eyes to correct the refund from transaction date on September 16, 2024 for $49.00 and September 17, 2024 for $30.00 which I should be eligible it hasn’t been 14 days of purchase and I thought these were suppose to be add-ons for my website.

    I’ve purchased this add-on and it doesn’t pursuit with the things I need done for my website.

    It is very confusing. When I first purchased jetpack from website it carries over to another.

    I do not need all of this extra website, when I purchased a add-on form my website. I was expecting the jetpack to function properly on rclsbrands.store not somewhere else.

    It also causing problems with my original website after the purchase.

    I canceled and now requesting my refund jetpack is not working for me instead it makes everything worst without the explanation of how to fix the issue.

    I do not have any experience with wordpress nor jetpack but I was figuring things out until my website doesn’t cooperate when I do upgrades.

    I am requesting for a full refund of $79.00 and I will repurchase jetpack to the right website, once I have assistance with the set-up.

    Thank you for your post. You mentioned that you “purchased this add-on and it doesn’t pursuit with the things I need done for my website”. I’m curious what you had in mind when you purchased the Jetpack subscription and what you expected from it?

    I was expecting the jetpack to function properly on rclsbrands.store not somewhere else.

    I see that your rclsbrands.store site is hosted on Bluehost. This site is what we refer to as a self-hosted WordPress.org site. You can read more about the difference between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org sites here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    If you’d like to have the benefit of a Jetpack subscription on your rclsbrands.store site then you can purchase the Jetpack subscriptions you’d like to use for the site from Jetpack.com through your site’s dashboard. Head to Jetpack > Dashboard and click on the option for Plans much like this:

    Bear in mind that your site is connected to a WordPress.com account through Jetpack that may not be the same as the one you made these purchases on. You can confirm which account your site is connected to on your Jetpack Dashboard page, towards the bottom of the page.

    Regarding the refunds you requested, I’ll contact you directly about these.

    See attached purchase order below it hasn’t been REFUNDED….

    The bank reversed the funds on 09/11/24 & took back the funds on 10/8/24 after the $70.00 wasn’t refunded from WORDPRESS ON September 13, 2024 or thereafter.

    Hello, my name is Carrie Bush, and I am reaching out about a refund that should have been refunded between September the 10th-13th depending on the 7-10 business days.

    It was from a 70.00 JETPACK purchase on September 10, 2024. 

    I have already spoken with someone in support, and I tried to explain to him that I canceled, and my billing account confirmed the refund on transaction #KC1X9YSGNB but I have not been refunded after already has spoken to support about this issue.

    I am asking for a request for a refund of 70.00 with transaction #KC1X9YSGNB, PLEASE CAN YOU PLACE HUMAN EYES ON THIS IS ISSUE PLEASE, I would like to clear up any confusion with this transaction that was made on September 10, 2024.

    I will need HUMAN EYES to finalized the refund from transaction date on September 10, 2024. Which I have discuss with support 2 months ago.

    I would appreciate if we can please resolve this issue today? Thank you

    See attached purchase order below it hasn’t been REFUNDED….

    The bank reversed the funds on 09/11/24 from a cancelled transaction that was purchased on September10, 2024.

    The funds has been reversed back to the bank due to the lack of no refund was never issue from your organization.

    The $70.00 dollars refund was reversed back the bank on 10/8/24 after the $70.00 wasn’t refunded from WORDPRESS ON September 13, 2024 or thereafter.

    Hello, I am reaching for my refund I am tired of waiting and no response to this issue.

    Can I please have someone to check into this issue asap as I stated numerous times that the refund hasn’t been paid with proof.

    Can I please have my $70.00 refund that you guys were quick to take it’s always a problem putting the funds back.

    Hi there, @rclsattractions! 👋🏼

    I checked that specific disputed transaction; from what I see in our billing system, it was processed as a reversal.

    💡 In this case, the payment processor issued the refund before the original charge was fully settled with your bank. As a result, instead of seeing a separate refund transaction, the original charge will not appear on your statement at all. Essentially, it will look as though the transaction was canceled.

    Please recheck your bank statement to see if the original charge is missing.

    🏦 If you need more specific help, please contact your card-issuing bank. They’ll be glad to provide more details on this reversed charge. Ensure you provide them with the dispute date.
