I mean – how do I confirm with WordPress that I am getting a refund if I just cancelled my subscription? The bot tells me that I can only talk to a human for customer support if I currently have a paid subscription. Word Press also doesn’t have an email address or phone number for customer support.

That is not helpful, staartmees. I went through all those steps. Now I need to talk to WordPress directly! If I don’t have an active subscription, HOW DO I DO THAT?

After clicking “Cancel“, if your purchase is eligible for a refund, you will be shown the amount of the refund.

Hi @kevinjhogan,
Check your billing history to see if you see the refund amount listed there. If you do, you’ll then need to wait up to ten business days for the refund to show in your bank or credit card statement.
