  I canceled my paid subscription, but it only refunded me half the amount. I tried contacting support, but now that I’m no longer on a paid plan, it won’t let me. How can I contact support regarding the refund?

  I just checked your WordPress.com account and noticed that you were refunded in full for both of your subscriptions. Please check the refund receipts here and here.

  If you haven’t received the funds yet, please contact your bank or card issuer, and they can look into the refund status.

  If they need an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to trace the refund, please let me know. We can send it to you.
