    It has been 14 days for the refund which I have not recieved it. On your terms and conditions, it says 7-10 business days the refund will arrive into the bank account.

    I have checked your account and can confirm that the refund has been processed as a reversal. This means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

    You can double-check this with your bank. If you still see a transaction ID in the bank statements associated with a WordPress.com charge, please email us the details(transaction ID) at help@wordpress.com, and we can check this further for you.
