Refund

    Hi,

    I purchased a business premium plan, and domain transfer for 96 euros.(the domain transfer was included, for 13 euros, but also discounted as a new signup).

    I then tried to import my existing website,instead of giving me the option to pay for the import, it only offered me the same plan again, but for 140 euros.

    After finding zero help, I decided to quickly cancel my purchase. The refund amount is only for 83 euros, missing the 13 euros which was supposed to be a free domain transfer.

    Using the over complicated help section, i eventually found a paragraph where it says the 13 euros will be refunded if you cancel the domain transfer with 96hrs or something. Is this true? As the charge of 13 is pending on my account and i have no refund receipt like I do for the 83 euros.
