  My account was refunded apparently, but I am still to receive the refund. How long does it take please?

  I have checked your account and can confirm that the refund was processed as a reversal.

  There is no ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) available for this refund. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
