Refund

    Hi, this is to do with the “custom design” it was due to be renewed on the 20th and I planned on cancelling it but I got a paypal notification that I was being billed for it today (the 18th). I would like it to be refunded and I tried to do it but keep being sent from the shop to customer support and from customer support back to the shop. Not sure how to go about it exactly. Ana help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    It appears that you were able to cancel the auto-renew before it went forward. You were not charged for it and it will expire tomorrow (the 20th).
