Refund

I applied for my refund three weeks ago, and while it shows as “refunded” on my WordPress account, no money has been returned to the card I used. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach a human support agent—as a paying subscriber, mind you—but instead, I get prompted to pay for yet another plan just to talk to someone. That’s absolutely unacceptable. I already paid for the subscription, and now WordPress is not only withholding my refund but also blocking access to support unless I pay again.
I’ve tried other channels because I refuse to subscribe again to a service that’s this disorganized and exploitative. They keep charging for things that are already paid, and now I’m left hanging, still waiting for someone from the human support team to take responsibility and fix this mess. Enough is enough.
