I can confirm that you have canceled the plan, but it was done outside the refund period, and hence, a refund was not issued automatically. I have issued a refund now.
The plan cancellation with refund can be processed within the first 14-day period, and the domain name cancellation with refund is possible within the first 96-hours.

The issued refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
