    i cancelled my subscription and still got anually charged. I need a refund

    I have checked your account and can confirm that you have canceled the recent plan renewal and full refund has been issued.

    The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
