    What’s the customer service phone number to request the refund? The link doesn’t open

    Hi @aprioril,

    We’re sorry it took us so long to follow up. We saw that one of our colleagues processed your refund yesterday (September 14th).

    You will receive your refund through in between 7 to 10 business days in the same payment method you used when you purchased the subscription.

    One last thing: we currently do not provide phone support. Support is available only via chat and email, due to the nature of our assistance and the fact that we often need to share links and documentation with our users. I hope that makes sense.
