Refund

I canceled my membership a month ago, and received an email that I would be refunded. I still have not received my refund and I am trying to speak to someone about that. They won’t let me speak to a live person unless I have a paid membership, which I obviously don’t anymore because I canceled and I’m getting a refund. How in the world am I supposed to resolve this if they won’t let me speak to an actual person????

I can see that your products were refunded 19 days ago, but it was most likely handled by your bank as a reversal. That means the original payment would have been nulled rather than the money ever being transferred.
It’s worth checking with your bank, as I can see we’ve issued the refund. -
I have no information in my profile following the process of an unthorized debit “Refund a purchase” realted to any subscription or plan and I was charged in my bank account. Also, didn´t have any card associated to my account.
Tried to use AI and no success, please, kindly, advise the best contact.
