I cancelled my plan and the WordPress told me that they initiated the refund, but the amount didn’t credited to my bank account. They tell me that try to communicate with the bank. I communicated to the bank and they said that no refund amount is processed to my account

When WordPress.com initiates a refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing speed. If WordPress has confirmed the refund is ‘initiated’ but your bank sees nothing, it means the funds are currently in the ‘interbank’ transit phase. You should ask WordPress support for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or System Trace Audit Number (STAN) for the transaction; once you provide that specific code to your bank, they can track exactly where the money is held in their system. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was confirmed, send that ARN to your bank’s billing dispute department, as this serves as the digital ‘receipt’ that the money was sent back to them.
