How do we get a refund since there is no cancel option on our theme in use for two weeks–Organization? We want to change the theme to Debut. We are having trouble with the custom header option.

Duet is a premium theme and We Volunteers have zero experience when it comes to working with premium themes. However, when you purchase a premium theme you get support form the themes’ designer in the premium themes support forum.

If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the Store -> My Upgrades page.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard and then purchase another premium theme.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.After requesting a refund you can purchase another premium theme.
