Refund
-
I need to get a refund for a Renewal that happened on 9/24. I had no idea this was going to bill me as I haven’t used WP in almost a year. I am moving and really need the money back! How do I go about doing this? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

From the dashboard of that blog, go to the Upgrades page and hover over the upgrades. A Refund button should appear.

It isn’t there. The only way I found out about it was viewing my card balance while paying bills. So It went through around 9/24-9/25 but could have been submitted a few days before that. Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks!

Here is the support doc http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades and you can also email staff (who are apparently on a retreat this week) at:
Support @ wordpress.com
Be sure and include a link to this thread, so they can see the time you asked for the refund.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard and then purchase another premium theme.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
