Refund?

    Hey! I asked if I could get a refund for the template I purchased. I asked for the refund one day late. I was hoping, since I’m new to wordpress, that you could extend me a grace period, and allow me to return my purchase since, most likely, I’m going to put the money back into wordpress anyway. Please let me know as soon as possible! Thanks!!

    Hi, you’ve already requested a refund in another thread you started and that thread is marked for Staff assistance. You posted your other thread a day ago and this issue won’t be resolved any faster or earlier by bumping or opening new threads.

    If you haven’t already please subscribe to your earlier discussion using the subscribe link in the sidebar so that you will see their reply. Please do not bump that thread unless you have new information to add for them since threads marked for their assistance are handled on an age basis, meaning the older it is, the higher it is in the queue. Bumping pushes it down in the queue.

    Also, thanks for being patient while waiting as Staff have been at a meetup and there is a backlog of forum posts for their attention and waiting time may be a bit longer than usual.

    Hey, Thanks for your response. Just an FYI, when one is new to WordPress all these things aren’t always clear. And when I see feedback all the time on how great the customer service is, I want to make sure I didn’t miss something when I don’t get a response within a few hours.
