    Did not receive my refund for my premium upgrade. its been 8 days

    I checked with our payment processor and confirmed the refund was successful on our end. Typically for U.S. credit cards, it takes between 2 and 5 business days for it to appear while some international cards can take longer.

    I’ll send you the transaction ID via e-mail so it remains private.
