Refund

  I registered a domain on 14th April and cancelled on that day.

  A WordPress staff told me the money had been refunded and it could take up to a week before it appeared on my bank statement, but today is 2nd May and there’s no refund.

  I have 5 WordPress blogs from 2008 to now and I always love blogging on WordPress. This is my first time registering a domain and I hope services of WordPress wouldn’t make me disappointed.

  The refund definitely left our account on April 15.

  I recommend contacting your credit card provider about this.

  I asked my visa card provider but they told me there’s no transaction from WordPress or anyone else.
  Can you check it once again, please?

  taenyislove, the refund was definitely processed and definitely left our account. I hate to ask, but are you sure you’re checking with the right bank? It would have gone back to the credit card that purchased it. Since we don’t store card information visibly, I can’t really offer any means of helping you confirm that.

  johnwpeters, I don’t see any charges on your account. What is the name on your credit card?
