  I still have not seen an email about my refund for $99. I have emailed multiple times, why are yall dragging yalls feet?

  I’m sorry; I don’t see any e-mails coming from the e-mail address on your account.

  I’ve refunded the remaining amount and cancelled your bundle. You’ll see two refund transactions back to your credit card—one for $13 from about a week ago and another for $86 from today.
