  I want a refund for my premium upgrade. I still can’t use any new backgrounds and the domain is not working.

  The domain http://justasimplelady.org/ works fine.

  What difficulty are you having uploading background images? Does your theme allow for background images in the customizer or are you using CSS code to place the images?

  You can get a refund on your dashboard Upgrades page PROVIDED you are within the refund time period by hovering over the upgrades you purchased and then the Refund button is visible.
