I’ve received no notification of a renewal charge but I received a receipt today saying I had been charged $99. How do i request a refund?

We sent you emails before processing the renewal to let you know about the auto renewal for your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. I’m sorry if those emails didn’t reach you!
I can refund your renewal for you, but I want to check with you about your domain adjustablebedswestmids.com. Since your WordPress.com Premium includes domain registration for adjustablebedswestmids.com, you have a couple options:
1) I can cancel WordPress.com Premium and your domain registration for adjustablebedswestmids.com, and issue a full refund. This will cancel the domain adjustablebedswestmids.com, so you will lose ownership of the domain and there’s no guarantee you can use it again in the future.
2) I can cancel WordPress.com Premium except for your domain adjustablebedswestmids.com, and issue a refund for $73 ($99 minus $26 for your domain). That way, you can keep using your domain either here at WordPress.com or with another website host.
Please let me know which option you prefer, and I can take care of that for you. :)

I cancelled your WordPress.com Premium renewal and your domain and issued a full refund. Please note that it can take about 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
