REFUND

Received this message when I requested a refund. Not sure what it means, but I’ve only had the upgrades a day or two.
“Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”
Does it have to do with me getting a new debit card and needing update my card information. If so, I’ve done that.

Hi Keokah – No worries, I’ve canceled and refunded it for you. You should see that refund on your statement in about a week.
