  WordPress can work as a CMS as well as blogging platform. If you’d like to set up a website rather than a blog, we have a tutorial for doing that at WordPress.com here: http://learn.wordpress.com/bonus-round-get-a-home-page/

  You can also browse our Theme Showcase to find the right theme for your website. You can search the showcase for specific features you want on your site and see examples of sites using your theme. (You can use the tutorial above to use any theme as a website instead of a blog.)

  If you want to cancel your upgrade for a full refund, you can do that from Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. You can click “Cancel and Refund” and follow the instructions on screen to cancel your upgrade.
