    I am trying to get a refund for my upgrade as it is not what I was expecting.
    It comes up with
    Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.

    Hello,

    I’ve cancelled your upgrade and you’ll see a refund notice in your statement within a week. Because you have already canceled the domain upgrade portion of your upgrade, this refund will reflect the remaining part of the premium bundle’s price.
