  I cancelled automatic renewal on 2/4/14. I am scheduled to be charged on 2/5/14. However, my paypal account is already showing my annual fee being charged. This is not fair or right. This transaction needs to be cancelled. I do not wish to automatically renew. I need a refund immediately.
