I’ve now re set this again to manual but I now need to get a refund.

Hi Naomi,
I see that there was an upgrade for No Ads that was recently auto-renewed. Would you like to cancel and refund that?
Please reply to confirm and I can take care of it for you.

I have refunded you $30 for the No Ads upgrade and removed it from your account :). Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
