  I signed up with WordPress last night and have had several problems since doing so. The permalink structure was messed up (fixed now, thanks), and I’m unable to do basic things like modify the permalink structure or customize my theme how I want to. I’d like to get a refund so I can move my hosting to a place that has the features I need. I sincerely appreciate your assistance.
