Hello – I unwittingly set up my account with WordPress.com and only now find out that I cannot upload customized themes. I need to have an account set up with WordPress.org to customize. I would like my account deleted and my $101.00 refunded to my credit card. It is absolutely essential that I be able to customize the appearance of my blog in a very specific manner – had I known that there was a difference in the capabilities of .org over .com I would not have set up a premium account with you.

It looks like you have already refunded this.
The refund left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, should appear on your statement within 10 days.

How long will it take for you to release my domain? Is it policy for WordPress.com to hang on to it indefinitely? I would like to know if it’s worth my while to wait for you to release it or whether I should settle on an alternate domain to register.
