I applied for a refund and you have not given it to me yet? PayPal is requesting my refund and you are not responding. I bought an upgrade and realized it was a mistake immediately, it was the wrong upgrade, I don’t need it and am not using it, please refund my $30 to pay pal. It may be under this wordpress account or I have one connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and one connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and possilby one connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Honestly I need a wordpress class before I build using your tools, I am just way to confused by wordpress to be able to use it efficiently. Thanks.

I don’t see any refund requests for that upgrade.
Filing a dispute through PayPal is not the best way to request a refund, and could result in the suspension of your account here.
Instead, you can cancel your Custom Design upgrade and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find it in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
You’ll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the upgrade in order to do this.
