Refund?

I requested a refund more than two weeks ago for the Premium Upgrade. I haven’t received anything to confirm it had been processed. I requested the refund within 2 hours of purchasing it, as WordPress is not suitable for my needs.
I contacted Visa yesterday to inquire if the refund had been done and they said NO.
Please process my refund and confirm with me when it has been completed.
