Hi, I think you are referring to the domain registration & mapping that was purchased on the 23rd of Jan this year. Our refund policy only allows for a refund to take place after the first few days of the domain purchase so because this purchase happened over 2 months ago I can’t refund it at this stage :-(

I was not aware that you would automatically charge me. You should have notified me that you were going to charge me for renewal. I have not used this produce for at least 6-9 months so I was not expecting this charge. Had you been up front and asked me to renew, I would have declined.
Please document that you will not charge me for renewal again, since I am not using your product. I have already disabled the auto renew.

Sorry about that. I can confirm that the automatic renewal is now off so you won’t be billed again.
