  Hello is it possible if I can get a refund for both charges, they both was unauthorized

  Your monthly Personal Plan for kee215.wordpress.com was renewed on 2021-11-13 since auto-renew was enabled on the plan.

  We can’t refund the October charge since it’s outside our refund window. You’re still eligible for a refund for the November charge, but not while the chargeback dispute is active.
