  Hey,

  I bought an upgrade package saturday night (less than 48h ago) and I have discovered that a self-hosted wordpress.org is needed to have plugins. How do I get a refund ?
  I have used the Cancel button on My Upgrade Pages but I didn’t receive the confirmation link on my email inbox.

  Hey there,

  I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Value Bundle purchase. Since you’ve purchased a domain name, you have a few options:

  1) I can go ahead refund your entire Value Bundle. You’ll lose your domain name systeme-maths.com–it will be unavailable for a few weeks, and then anyone can re-register it.

  2) I can refund your Value Bundle less the domain registration fee, resulting in a refund of $81. You’ll be able to use your domain systeme-maths.com wherever you would like.

  Let me know which option you would prefer!

  I’ve gone ahead and refunded your Value Bundle purchase but kept your domain associated with your account. Your $81 refund will appear on your statement within seven business days.
