  When can I expect to see my account refunded? I never upgraded to premium. Cancelling is one thing, but I definitely want to see a refund!

  Hi LaRae,

  It looks like your recent Premium purchase was actually voided, so you should not have been charged. Are you showing funds withdrawn from your account?

  It was caught while it was processing. The funds were not taken from my account. That is a relief. I was disappointed with wordpress however, I thought there was a free trial version. I was taken aback when I saw the transaction happening. Did I click the wrong button that initiated this?

  Hi LaRae,

  You shouldn’t have been charged for the $99 Premium bundle until after the trial is over. Can you try to start the trial again from your Store page here?
