This is generally because your domain wasn’t included in the refund, but staff can refund your domain too, so all that’s required now is patience.

Hi @quangletu, this is because you had a domain. I can see you cancelled before it renewed, so I can refund you, but before it goes into a redemption status can you confirm you do not want to use that name with another host?
Cancelling does not release it for re-purchase anytime soon. Please confirm you’d like it fully cancelled and I’ll get the refund taken care of. Cheers!

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

You’re welcome. If the funds haven’t reached you in 10 days it will be best to follow up with your bank directly. They can tell you when the money will be released in to your account.
