  I did not realize account was set to auto-Renew. I never received any notification that the charge was going to happen. I have never even used what I had purchased a year ago. Please refund $78

  Hi there,

  I’ve refunded your last renewal charge. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  I never received any notification that the charge was going to happen.

  Our logs show we sent you the first renewal reminder on 22 September. We also emailed you the receipt on the day the charge went through.

  If those emails aren’t in your inbox, it’s possible your email provider may have filtered them as spam or to another folder in the inbox. But we definitely sent those reminders.
