  Hello there! We do not sell templates here at WordPress.com, and I don’t see any record that you purchased one of our Premium themes for your site.

  If you’re referring to your Premium upgrade, you can cancel that on your own by visiting Store → My Upgrades in your site’s Dashboard and then clicking on Cancel and Refund.
