  1) Your hyper links don’t work. i.e.: ttp://wordpress.com (missing the H…ttp//wordpress.com).
  2) When I arrive at changing my Gravatar, I’m told “go to Users >> My Profile and click on Change your Gravatar”, with no mention of where ‘Users’ is, never mind where ‘My profile’ is.
  3) In configuring my basic settings, here’s what you tell me “In your dashboard, go to Settings >> General”. You don’t say where my ‘dashboard is. I had to search until I found it.

  Your information in not helpful. Your site is complicated, frustrating and NOT FREE. I don’t remember what I paid, but it was about $25.00, MY RECEIPT DOESN’T MENTION PRICE.

  I had to search for where to contact you. Everything on your site is inadequate. I’d like to delete my account and have a refund please.

  I’d like to delete my account and get my money back.
