Refund

It won’t let me get a refund for my template. I have tried several times and it is still not working. I even changed my template and it still won’t let me get a refund and I know I am within the 30 days period.

Thanks for reaching out on this. I’m having some problems removing that premium theme off of your account myself! I have reached out to our Store team, who generally handles these things, and they should get this sorted out quickly. I’ll let you know as soon as I have any additional information!

I just took a second look at your account and realized that there doesn’t appear to be a premium theme attached to this account, but instead a WordPress.com Premium bundle. Is that what you’re looking to cancel and refund?
If you have a premium theme in a different account, please let me know and we can try to sort that out as well.
