Hi!
Staff can issue you a refund. I’ve added a modlook tag to this thread so that someone will see your request and help you. If you subscribe to this topic, then you’ll be notified when there is a response.

Hi there!
It looks like the last charge on this account was back in August of 2013. Is there another account that this charge could be associated with?
-
It was charged in August and I stopped needing it in March 2014. I forgot i was still billed for it though.

Eight out of twelve months use!
Please be sure that you don’t have auto-renew on the domain mapping upgrade: dashboard—>store—>auto-renew is not checked.
-
I should be able to get at least 8/12 or 2/3 of the $13 back since I didn’t need or use it.

Hi there!
We don’t issue partial refunds for upgrades that are cancelled after the refund period. Let me know if you have any questions about this!
-
Well, I would like a refund because I spent money on this feature that I stopped using, there must be something that you can do.
-
-
Well it must be possible because it is my money, and I don’t need it and wasted my money on it. Also, can you please make this post private and only available to Staff of WordPress.
-
What you are requesting is not going to happen. There is no means of making any thread on these support forums private.

If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.
