Hi,
My account automatically debit $99 for WordPress.com Premium upgrade this morning. I don’t want to upgrade the blog. I cancel the upgrade and refund but don’t see any record in Billing History.
How can I check record of my refund? When will I receive a refund?

Have you completed the final step in cancelling your upgrade by clicking the cancellation confirmation link sent to your email?
After confirming that you want to cancel the upgrade you will be sent an email with a cancellation confirmation link, your upgrade will not be cancelled until you visit that link.

The payment for WordPress.com Premium was being authorized on your credit card, but the payment didn’t actually go through. (You canceled it before the payment was made.) That’s why you don’t see a record of a refund in your account here.
Your credit card company may still be holding the payment amount because it was being authorized, but they should release it back to you soon. You may want to contact your credit card company if you have any further questions about that.
