  I can’t find how to request my refund anywhere when clicking on the links given it is saying page not available and taking me back to my dash board

  Hi Laura,

  Are you looking to cancel your domain, laurapottersurfacedesign.com? If so, let me know and I will take care of that for you. Please do so quickly however, as domains can only be refunded in their first couple of days after renewal.

  Also keep in mind that once a domain is cancelled it cannot be retrieved. So make sure this is something you want to do!

  Yes I want to cancel it please so it doesn’t update yearly also I didn’t realise it automatically renewed it and it didn’t inform me so
  I don’t have the funds available that it already taken out of my bank, if you could help that would be great. Thanks

  Not a problem! I have cancelled that domain and issued a refund for the $26. It should appear back in your account in the next few days (depending on your bank).
